Can I freeze my cookies for later?
Absolutely. Our cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. When you're ready to eat, simply thaw at room temperature or warm them in the oven at 350°F for 2-3 minutes for that fresh-baked taste.
Do you have options for people with allergies?
While we offer cookies without nuts, all of our products are baked in a facility that handles wheat, soy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. We do not recommend our cookies for those with severe food allergies.
What is your return policy?
Because our cookies are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
